Our regular domestic cleaning starts at £20 per hour. The UK average sits around £19–£21 per hour for regular cleaning, and London is typically 25–35% higher.
How much is an end of tenancy clean?
From £140 for a studio and £230 for a two-bedroom property. Oven, carpet and upholstery cleaning can be added. We follow the inventory checklists letting agents use.
What is the difference between a builders clean and a sparkle clean?
A builders (rough) clean removes debris, dust and packaging while trades are still working. A sparkle (final) clean happens just before handover and leaves every surface ready for the client to move in.
Do you supply RAMS and hold CSCS cards?
Yes. We send risk assessments, method statements and COSHH sheets before every construction job, and our site operatives hold CSCS cards and wear full PPE.
Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
No. We bring professional products, vacuums, steamers and, for sites, industrial vacuums and scrubber dryers.
Do your prices include VAT?
Domestic prices are what you pay. Commercial, industrial and construction prices are shown excluding VAT.
